If you haven’t guessed already, we’re having fun highlighting wakesurfing stuff lately. It’s kinda our theme this summer.
So in that vein, let me introduce you to a place where you can get lessons, and it doesn’t matter whether you’ve wakesurfed before or not, because these people can help you learn or sharpen your skills!

Based out of Hayden, Idaho, these guys are just a short drive north of Coeur d’Alene.
Adam and Caitlin, the couple who own Surfs Up North Idaho, started wakesurfing on Hayden Lake about 4 years ago as a hobby.
They’ve come a long way since then. Caitlin is now currently ranked #4 Pro Wakesurfer in the World for Female Skim Division by the CWSA or Competitive Wakesurf Association. Adam is currently ranked #1 Semi-Pro for Male Skim Division. These two stay active and have already been to a couple competitions this year, with more scheduled down the road in places such as Japan.

A quick FYI for your planning purposes, Surfs Up North Idaho does not provide a boat, so plan on having your own available. (If you need to rent one, we can certainly help you out!)

I would like to get prices for wake surfing lessons. I notice your are in Haydon. Isn’t the water quality questionable at this time? How about lessons at CDA? I use to surf and have a 10 foot long board that I would like to use. Thanks, Dennis
