Snow on the trees, ice glazing the edges of needles, holiday lights… There are some sights that make this time of year truly beautiful (even if we’re not able to be in a boat when we view them…or can we?)

There’s at least one thing you can view from a boat this season.

It’s the Coeur d’Alene Resort’s Holiday light show. This spectacular scene was selected as a Top 10 Holiday Light Show in America by USA Today. Plus, it was once selected as the #4 Holiday Light Show in America in the USA Today Readers’ Choice List. That’s nothing to sneeze at.
Here are the details for the light show:
From Thanksgiving to New Year’s, you and the family can see this wonderland of 1.5 million lights. This is the largest on-the-water holiday light display in America. The Resort offers their signature “Journey to the North Pole” Holiday Lake Cruise. It visits Santa’s North Pole Toy Workshop, where you can see America’s Tallest Floating Christmas Tree with its thousands of twinkling lights. There’s even a special surprise fireworks show waiting for each visit to the North Pole. A fleet of cruise boats departs every evening through the holiday season to view the magic of the holiday lights across the lake. For more details, check out the Coeur d’Alene Resort website.
