Some things make each season its own special piece of the year. Holiday lights, their twinkle brightening up the fresh snow and making the chill night glow is one of those things for winter. Every year The Coeur d’Alene Resort puts up a gorgeous light show and the opening ceremony for this year is November 24th. It’s a must see. Here are the details.

Schedule of Events:

5pm Downtown Parade, then lighting Ceremony 6:15 Fireworks Show The parade is followed by the Lighting Ceremony. This show involves over 1.5 million lights that make downtown Coeur d’Alene and the waterfront glow. It’s a magical sight that we highly recommend you see. Plus, if you’re wanting a lake cruise, the Coeur d’Alene Resort offers rides to Santa’s North Pole Toy Workshop. Just imagine, a light be-speckled Christmas Tree floating on the water.
